@Johan O. What are your parameters for a deal? There are some great cash flow deals in Middle TN, 12% Cap, @Catherine Aubale Epstein, has found many deals for investors/family portfolio. I would reach out to her.

@Matthew Wright Don't overlook Nashville! I moved here altering living in LA, SF, and NYC, and it is beyond perfect. Still very affordable, low taxes and cost, and great investment opportunities. It is like Austin 10 years ago in terms of opportunity. I invest in Nashville and California, message me if you want more details!

@Brian Coleman

Nashville!!! I moved here last year after living in LA, SF, and NYC, and it is so nice, and such a relief. So much more affordable, and easy to live here. Great restaurants, art/culture, and music scene. It's like Austin 10 years ago, so if you get into properties now in the surrounding areas, property values continue to increase. I work with some great brokers for investors, and am a developer myself, if you have any questions!

Hi, I live in California and Nashville and have projects in both. These days, with FaceTime, etc., its easy to have jobs remotely.
