Newbie Advice Needed (Investing in turn key Out of state)
I'm considering my first investment right now and I'm contemplating doing a half way across the country turn-key rental property. To say I'm a bit nervous is an understatement.
I have a friend who lives in L.A. and bought his first turn key property in Nashville but he did it through a investment group/company.
I'm looking for advice, pros and cons, risks, anything you can think of!
