Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (November 30th) @ 6:30PM to hear from Mitch Miller (with Bull and Bear Investments) speak to us about buying a business in 2024!

We are all real estate investors, entrepreneurs and mostly already business owners, however as we all get pinched with higher prices, higher interest rates and slimmer margins, the deal flow is just not what it used to be. We all want to increase cashflow and invest more into real estate, well buying a business can be one of those accelerators for your real estate investing journey. 

Mitch will talk about his experience with buying businesses in all the glory and the monstrous undertaking it can be if you don't follow the right due diligence process.

We will be discussing how wholesaling can benefit you as an investor. Josh will give his insights on how to find good deals and underwrite them in today's market.
Josh has been a successful real estate broker in NC for the last 8 years. On top of being a broker, his primary role is to connect investors with exceptional deals that meet their buying criteria, in the dispositions role with one of the largest wholesaling companies in North Carolina.

Raleigh has its Primary, Secondary and Tertiary markets. Each have their own quirks and dynamics. Sharing more about what your goals and aspirations are with your investments will give the community a better picture of what direction to guide you and share their thoughts.
