Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.
This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (February 23rd) @ 6:30PM to learn from Uriah Dortch about developing raw land, subdividing smaller parcels and new construction. Along the way we will discuss the pros and cons of new construction and flipping houses. We will wrap up the time with Q&A's.
Uriah Dortch:
In 2014, my wife and I built our own real estate investing company, mainly comprised of fix & flips and a few SFRs. Now it includes land development and residential new construction after our first build in 2018. In conjunction with these channels, our business plan includes diversification into multifamily through apartment syndications. We work in the Triangle market of NC and fund most of our business using private capital.
As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.
Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.
