Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Carolina Ale House (Downtown) Thursday (September 28th) @ 6:30PM to learn from Josh Norman with Venture Stack on Wholesaling: 101! We will be discussing how wholesaling can benefit you as an investor. Josh will give his insights on how to find good deals and underwrite them in today's market.
Josh has been a successful real estate broker in NC for the last 8 years. On top of being a broker, his primary role is to connect investors with exceptional deals that meet their buying criteria, in the dispositions role with one of the largest wholesaling companies in North Carolina.
