Hey fellow investors!

Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup if you don't know already is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Teets (Downtown Raleigh) this following Thursday (February 24th) @ 6:30PM along with @Ryan Casady who is going to share with us his journey of "How to go from 0 to 20 doors in one year while working a full time job"

Ryan Casady is a local real estate investor and landlord. He also organizes the Raleigh BP monthly real estate meetup in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Ryan to share his story and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn from your fellow neighbor.

We look forward to meeting you and hopefully seeing similar faces.

Hey! I just purchased an Ocean View Condo in North Myrtle Beach using the Second Home Loan. My wife and I plan on self running STR. We are currently under renovations to set ourselves above the market. New LVP floors, Tiles in the bathrooms, Tile Showers, new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, kitchen appliances, new paint of the whole unit and then all new refurnishing's of the place. Happy to share more information and connect. I cohost a local meetup in Raleigh called Pints & Properties so keep an eye out for that and would be awesome to see you there as well, as other STR investors are there to share their experiences as well.

I just closed on my property in January in North Myrtle Beach.

Condo, 3Bed/2.5Bath, on the beach with Beach View (not beach front). 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and tennis courts.

We are doing full renovation as noted above to stand out from the crowd of grandma’s and grandpa’s old vacation homes.

We are self managing, expecting to hit the market in March.

I ran my numbers using AirDNA and PriceLabs and checking out listings on AirBnB and VRBO.

Rent rolls from most local companies are generally misleading so use them as another metric when building out your analysis.

Will Parks is a Raleigh local and creative real estate investor. Currently engaged in Short Term Rentals in the mountains of NC through a startup called Catch-All Cabins. Their aim is to provide an all-encompassing mountain experience and over the top value for guests. Specializes in STR management and automated systems. Passionate about teaching others how to effectively run their own STR empire!
