Hey Fellow Investors!

Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up is the LAST Thursday of every Month.

This Month, please join @Mitch Miller and I at Tobacco Sports Cafe (Downtown Raleigh) Thursday (April 28th) @ 6:30PM to hear our guest speaker, Mark Horton, the go to Fayetteville Market Expert and Short Term Rental Master discuss "STR 101 Class in Session"

Mark Horton is a local NC real estate investor, Five Pillars Team Realtor and Owner of a Short Term Property Management Company.

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Mark to speak and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.

We look forward to meeting you and hopefully seeing similar faces.

@Karthik Arun

Sounds like you have a good approach on the market. I can confirm You can find something in any area you mentioned for your budget.

I currently live in Holly Springs and though it has a very strong neighborhood feel, the commercial space along 55 is well developed also HWY 540 is making good headway through our area.

Again depending on your goals and efforts, RTP, North Raleigh and coming down through Cary, Apex will be strong suburbs of Raleigh. With that said you might find more for your money in Holly Springs and Fuquay especially which both have decent growth. Even so slightly catching up is the South Raleigh/Garner Area and Clayton are appreciating along with the Raleigh Markets.

@Loki Rao I am not familiar with Teets parking situation, however I assume the parking is all general public parking you can find on Glenwood Ave or surrounding streets. Thanks for asking.
