Second/STR home in Myrtle Beach

Hey all!

Wondering if we have any investors in Myrtle Beach SC on here that can shed some light on how the market for STRs are in that area? I am located in Raleigh NC and looking to buy a second home but also use it as a STR. Also would love to get connected with like minded agents in the area since I can't seem to find any on this site for Myrtle.

Hey! I just purchased an Ocean View Condo in North Myrtle Beach using the Second Home Loan. My wife and I plan on self running STR. We are currently under renovations to set ourselves above the market. New LVP floors, Tiles in the bathrooms, Tile Showers, new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, kitchen appliances, new paint of the whole unit and then all new refurnishing's of the place. Happy to share more information and connect.
