Hey fellow investors! Welcome 2022... Lets kick off the new year right!

Rebranding of Southern Wake Meetup to now Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will have the same relaxed feel while hopefully bring some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up for the events.

This Month, please join Mitch and I at Clouds Brewery (Downtown Raleigh) this following Thursday (January 27th) @ 6:30PM along with Will Parks, who is going to give us a little run down on Short Term Rental Automation Techniques that are sure fire to optimize your listings.

Will Parks is a Raleigh local and creative real estate investor. Currently engaged in Short Term Rentals in the mountains of NC through a startup called Catch-All Cabins. Their aim is to provide an all-encompassing mountain experience and over the top value for guests. Specializes in STR management and automated systems. Passionate about teaching others how to effectively run their own STR empire!

As always, there is no cost to attend and no obligation to purchase anything. This is open to the public. 

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Will to share his story and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn from your fellow neighbor.
