Any investor around the Cleveland/Chattanooga TN area that can give advice on flipping and wholesaling? I'm fairly new. I love the idea of both. I have looked into the market more so in Cleveland particularly around my neighborhood. Would love any advice.

I was wondering if anyone knew if you can get documents or contracts on BP for wholesaling. Would it better to seek a real estate attorney or title place to run a contract for you as far as wholesaling a deal and getting an assignment contract in place?

Is there documents on contracts for wholesaling on BP? I have not yet ventured to look but thought maybe someone might be able to direct me if there is and if not where can I go to get one? Also would it probably be better or beneficial to get an attorney or title place to handle that instead?  

Hello. I would check out in the blog to go to the Menu tab. Check out there education tab there. A great read and listen for flipping houses is J Scotts flipping houses. Also listen to podcast 10 on J Scott. Very beneficial for what you want to do.

Well another place to get what you want and looking for. Go to your blog on the page. Then click on the Menu tab. There you will find out the education aspect of REI and have the tools to calculate what your doing and everything you could possibly need or at least help you along the way.

Hey Caleb glad to see another person from TN on here. BP alone has many many tools for you to sought after in absorbing your flipping and REI endeavors. I would honestly try reading J Scotts book on Flipping houses. Also check out the podcast and go to podcast 10 on J Scott as well he explains it very well. I would recommend buying his book on Amazon. They also have other great guests on the podcast you can listen to about flipping. Hope this helps.
