Well that's pretty good building a home on your own. Shouldn't have problems yourself going through rehab phase if need be. What are you wanting to know about if it's right for you? There are things that do factor in a flip. Such as Rehab cost and hold cost. As far is knowing what you need to do you can go on the education tab and it will explain to you more on flipping. Also I would recommend J. Scott's book on flipping and rehab cost. Very useful. If you have extra time listen to some of the podcasts that talk about flipping as well. Hope that helps. @Dave Miller also another good piece of advice is to listen to J. Scott podcast on here which is Podcast 10 on flipping houses. he also has two books on flipping houses and estimating on rehab cost as well. Very good reads and good places to start as well as @Justin Windham comments above.

Well maybe in the future we can JV into some deals out here in TN. I hope you get your first flip sold soon.
