Hey all

I have learned the hard way the difference in OH rental market vs, other places like Vegas.

I have a excellent management company in Las Vegas, they get the job done and they dont over charge.
Unfortunately the OH rental market has proved different, a lot of turn overs and non pays and greedy management company.

So my question is :

Do you have a good management company you can recommend in OH?
someone who doesn't charge arm and leg and get the job done at the same time.

Appreciate any replies as Iam done with my current management compnay!

Which one would you look at in Ohio?

Since neighborhood is the key do you have any suggestion where to look....a maping was posted by another member but it was limited yet useful.

I don't know much about the rest of Ohio but I do know the Cleveland market very well.

50-60k can get you a nice SFR and sometimes a Duplex.

If you end up looking deeper into the Cleveland real estate market take a look at this NEIGHBORHOOD GRADING MAP . Cleveland, like many other midwestern markets has different asset classes and neighborhood qualities.

Thank you so much your maping is awesome. I will be using it.
