Hello all

I am starting to look into rental properties in Ohio. I have previously invested in Vegas and generally happy with my investments. what is your intake on investing in Ohio?
is it too late or are the prices still reasonable considering the rental income I am also interested in where to look. My budget is around 50-60k.

TIA

Welcome to the site @Max Newbe

I don't know much about the rest of Ohio but I do know the Cleveland market very well.

50-60k can get you a nice SFR and sometimes a Duplex.

If you end up looking deeper into the Cleveland real estate market take a look at this NEIGHBORHOOD GRADING MAP . Cleveland, like many other midwestern markets has different asset classes and neighborhood qualities.
