Yeah this guys a total scam. If you run across this person, run the other way. Thanks for the information. Always do your due diligence.
Yeah. The thing that has raised my eyebrows is the lack of personal or principal information on the site or any information on BBB and this is the last reply. The odd wording and poor English makes me concerned. "Thank you for your respond. I can be able to fund you before then but before we proceed further i need you to understand that there is a $650 fee attach to the loan and that this fee will be paid upfront and cannot be added or deducted from the loan amount.... If you fee uncomfortable because of this fee then i cannot be able to continue.... Let me know if we are to proceed or not"

I'm looking at getting a private money loan from Jordan David Financial Services

Does anyone have any experience borrowing from this lender? They seem to have very competitive rates and are very responsive.

I'm just doing due diligence before moving forward and wanted any input from the community.

Thanks.

If you have anything in the Winston-Salem, NC area, please let me know.

Thanks, Mark

I'm looking buyers/flippers and other wholesales in the Western NC area. I'm specifically interested in properties in the Cullowhee, Silva and Jackson Co area. My goal would be to hold a couple of rentals in Cullowhee. As I market to this area, if I come across properties to wholesale instead, I would like a few buyers to connect with.

I am an investor in the Winston-Salem/Lexington area, but have two children who are attending Western Carolina and want to hold a few properties for a few years while they are there. So, while I am primarily going to try to locate these properties using my own marketing, if there are other wholesalers with properties in this area, I'd be interested to see them - just send me a PM.

This seems to be a pretty tight community, as I imagine most college towns would be. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of turnover. I will be in the Cullowhee area this coming Thursday, August 4th to look at properties and scout at the area as I drive for dollars with my daughter who is very familiar with the area.

Any advice or direction is appreacitate. If any one has any leads, please PM me with details.

Regards, Mark

Hi. Welcome! I'm interested in what the market is like in Calgary. I'm in North Carolina and my daughter is going to be moving to Calgary soon to attend University. I am planning on checking into whether or not I would be able to invest in property there and a US citizen. I'm thinking minimally getting a house she could share/rent with others. Also I'd like to have a place my family could stay when we visit. Any insight or advice would be helpful regarding Americans owning real estate in Canada. Thanks.
