Thanks @Mike Wood, appreciate you always helping me with advice. I got Kyle making my lease agreement thanks to you. I talked to SWBNO. They gave me a list of recommended plumbers and utility contractors they deal with. (SWBNO changed their process back in February). I’ve made a few appointments for plumbing companies to come over and look at my duplex for a quote. The first guy told me that  he teams up with the utility contractor and it will cost me $2800 and an extra $500 if I want him to run the meter separate to the other unit side from the original one. I’m booked with more plumbers to come up until Friday. I’ll Decide who to go with from there. Again thanks for your help as always.
