@Chris Mason Thank you. I’ll just post a picture of the ramp. An elderly lady in a wheelchair use to own the house. 

I have a duplex with only a master water meter. What’s the best strategy (besides switching to sub meter) to take when charging my tenants? 

Is it a violation of the fairing housing law, if I put the wheelchair ramp  that’s connected to my rental property in the description when advertising for new tenants?

If I purchase a new rental property (duplex) with a mortgage. Do I still use the 50% rule and 2% test to analyze it?
