Austin price compares to Toronto/Montreal is like half of the price right now. Both of the markets will go up.

You will think about your overall strategy.

Montreal:

Canada’s immigration policy is changing and there will be more international students get PR this year. Hence, need house for their family.

Austin:

Employees from California and New York with higher income are moving in.

What is the invemsnt result you are looking for?
