Hi BP family,

Need your help. I am comparing three areas for my next short term rental property. What tool/website do you use to find out the volume of the guests/tourists for that area?

Goal: find a property in a high volume touristy area.

Any city/STR areas have less airbnb/VRBO restrictions? I know in LA area, airbnb is banned for most of the places if you are trying to rent for less than 30 days.

Does Myrtle beach, orlando also have pretty strick short term rental rules??
