Hi Everyone,

I wanted to garner interest in a virtual meetup in the next week or so once Austin has thawed. I jotted down a few thought starter topics below but happy to open it up to other areas if there is strong interest. Let me know in the comments if you're interested and I'll get something set up!

Audience

Investors of all levels, agents, insurance brokers, and anyone generally interested in networking/learning from others

Topics

1. Introductions: who you are, how long you've been in Real Estate, what you're hoping to learn, gain from these meetups, what you're hoping to be able to share with others

2. Winter Storm Fallout & Learnings: How is everyone coping with the storm? Has it changed how you'll manage or evaluate your properties in the future?

3. Investing in a hot market: how has the surging interest in the Austin market changed your approach to investing? Have you had to update your strategies to find properties which match your investing criteria?
