You bought a tape in Socal in 2016? I am very skeptical of this being true.

It's seeming like having a programmer build it out will be what I am seeking, but I don't think I can allocate the necessary budget to make it worth their time and effort currently.

I played around with Podio last night, while it might work for someone it does not seem to have the capabilities I am seeking.  Thanks though

I really know zero about coding or computer language, but i'm guessing I want form-driven online database.  In my head I am looking to move everything from excel to online and have multiple logins for our employees to input and manipulate and logins for our investors to view the data at any given time.

Is there a website or company out there where you can build your own database. I'm not looking for property management software.

I'm looking for something specifically to flipping, and ideally something I could build out myself without knowing anything about coding.

Thanks

Nice to see a good buy at the trustee sale.  I like the renovation quite a bit.
