I'd love to see what you've got.

Thanks!

I'd love to hear more about this. Please send me a message here on BP.

Thanks, Bill!

Thank you all for the advice.

Update: I went and looked at the property yesterday and it the picture above doesn't come close to the whole picture. There seems to have been an addition (undocumented of coarse). The entire "addition" (West side of the house) is literally pulling away from the rest. The only thing holding it together is the roof and there is a visible line of delineation throughout. In addition there is mold, plumbing issues, and the electrical will need to be replaced along with the Federal Pacific box.

Long story short. I am having to pass on this one with having our cash tied up in another project currently.

I am thinking about putting in an offer on a property and I am hoping someone out there (Denver, CO preferrably) can give me a general idea of what it would cost to fix something like this (including Engineer, plans, the works).  Thanks!

This is a basement/foundation wall.

Rick,

Welcome to the BP and REI community! I have some access to cash and would like to jump on that buyer's list!

Also, a good deal will always bring you buyers.

Again, welcome!

If there is anyone out there looking to be a Private Money Lender, I'd appreciate the opportunity to "partner" with you. I will do the work in finding the property, managing the repairs, and getting the property sold and/or rented. All you have to do is provide the funds and get a return on your investment(s)!

Thanks and I look forward to meeting you!
