Hello all, My name is Drew and I am brand new to this site. A friend of mine started getting into real estate a few years ago and is already very successful, so I thought Id give it a shot. I have no experience at all and am using this site to learn as much as I can. I'm in my mid 20's and cannot picture myself working a 9-5 job all my life. I'm a hard worker but would prefer to build my own dream, not someone else's. My goal is to make my first investment by July. I hope you can help educate me! I'm interested in flipping houses and wholesale.
