Good afternoon. My name is Rick Rounsborg and I am a new real estate investor living in southeastern Wyoming. Like all new investors my biggest challenge is finding cash investors for the areas I am working in, namely Wyoming, western Nebraska and northern Colorado. We all know we can't do our first wholesale deal without a buyers list, and I am hoping some of you out there will have some new suggestions for me as to how to find cash buyers who might work with me in these areas. I feel like I have already exhausted Craigslist, Google, etc. It seems the pickings are pretty slim in this area from those options. I would appreciate any help any of you can give me
