@Michael P. Lol the entire duplex is bringing in 800 a month? What is it 2 studio apartments? I pay around 20k or less a unit myself but mine rent for twice as much.

@Adam Bourg that's a huge.price for a standard 40 gallon gas tank. I see them installed around here from 900 to 1400 tank included. Find a new plumber. Some of these guys are working an agreement where they get 35% commission on sales and it's sick to see some of the mark up in this industry. Talked to a lady last week that paid 700 to get a basic American standard toilet installed.

@Kyle Bambu lol no resonbale person will sign a contract with you for $100 EM to let you try to sell their house. If they did you would need to take it to the title company to hold. The fact that you don't know this makes me think you need to do more research before involving yourself in a real estate transaction. Sorry if this sounds harsh but IMO you need to step back and learn more before you start inserting yourself into the middle of a real estate sale.

@Steve S. Yes they would. You should reach out to a local tenant advocacy group.

@Joel S. Some people might feel it's tacky having a giant we buy houses sign on their fence. And like the guy up thread said, in Texas that's his fence since he built it so he can tell that guy to get his sign off of it if he wants.

@Mathew Fuller used appliance store. I got 2 matching Whirlpool refrigerators and stoves for like 700 bucks a few weeks ago.
