@Jaron Smith I would make sure you pay next to nothing for that place. Who knows how long and if it’s even possible to get that stone off. That’s possibly the worst stone I’ve ever seen.

Has anyone ever won a Hudson and Marshal auction (no reserve price) and then been told a different price? It happend to me, and a client of mine. How do they get away with that? Shouldn’t they have to sell it at the highest winning bid if there’s no reserve price? But yes, the deal was to good to pass up so I did pay the extra $.. and there was no buyers premium.

@Mark Fries Not I, I wouldnt be able to sleep not knowing. I just try and set up multiple showings at a time. This way when most “no show”, if I get one it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

Great stuff!! I had a tenant one November years back that saId they couldnt pay nov and december rent because they had to get their kIds xmas gifts out of lay-away. My response- hope your xmas tree fIts in the back seat of your car because thats where you’ll be celebratIng xmas.
