I'd be happy to serve as a resource and answer any questions regarding the market, vendors, best neighborhoods, etc. I think that could be much more valuable than @Adrian Clapp's link that pertains to commercial property from someone who clearly lacks understanding of the metro area. The city of St. Louis is the 75th largest independent city in the US but the St. Louis MSA (Metro Statistical Area) spans 2 states, 15 counties, and nearly 9,000 sq miles making it the 21st largest MSA in the United States, home to 2.9 million people. If your data research is strictly around the city of St. Louis comprising of 250,000 people, you're not seeing an accurate portrayal of what this market has to offer. 

@Cooper Tanquary I'd love to connect if you are still considering ST. Louis as a market of interest. AS a lifelong resident, active investor, and licensed agent specializing in investment properties, I'd be happy to serve as a resource. St. Louis as you know can be very block by block and requires some inside expertise in order to ensure a profitable investment. The best thing an out of town investor can do is develop strong relationships with locals who are active and knowledgeable in the real estate investment world in STL. Look forward to connecting.
