@Jonathan Trimboli

Almost every Windows program or application is available to Macs so as far as people being “more familiar” with Windows programs is no longer applicable. Macs perform better, last longer and basically update on their own.

Up until about 10 years ago, I never used Mac until I got sick of my desktop and then fed up with my laptop and then my wife’s laptop. I decided to spend the money and I’ve owned one computer for the last 10 years. Never had an issue.

@Tish Donahue I did not end up going with LionDesk. I ended up utilizing REIPro and really like it. I personally prefer the various options and tools and I especially liked the way it is laid out. Extremely simple to use and met my needs for saving and searching clients and property information.

What source did you utilize to fund the purchase and reno? Did you go with a hard money lender, partner or other private lender? Great looking before and after pictures. Looks like a great rental.

Modular CAN be less expensive to build and usually is. As far as rent ability, I'm not too sure. It's something I have recently been looking at as well. They did a podcast with Kevin Bupp (episode 246) and he does mobile home/park investing. There is a lot of flexibility in how you rent. You can rent the land and someone puts their own home on the property and pays you rent on the land only (as one example). Build quality is usually a lot less with modular and rent dollars are not as high.
