New Member Introduction: Nashville, Tennessee, Infill Minded

So I've Chosen to make my "New Member Intro" post on Friday instead of waiting 'till Monday.  I've heard two different processes of thought on this.

(1) "There is no time like the present..."

-and-

(2) "If you want to bury something online, release it on a Friday. Especially at the beginning of a holiday or school break." (Loosely quoted)

We'll see how this goes!

That being said...hey there BiggerPockets community!  My name is Matthew Bolton and I am a GC in Nashville, Tennessee.  The reasons I have joined BiggerPockets are as follows:

(1) To Network with Investors who are specifically Infill Minded and interested in our local market.

(2) To Network with local whole sellers.

(3) To learn more in general about buying to hold as we are wanting to develop a strategy ahead of the next correction for the purposes of development in the next upswing as well as rentals for portfolio diversification.

Hey @Matthew Bolton,

I have sold a few infill lots here in the Nashville area. If you have any questions about my side of the business please let me know. We move a couple of infill properties a month and it always seems like with each property new information arises. Whether it be new coding or zoning like side walks here in town or working with new short-term rental applications. If you have any questions please let me know!
