my question I stay in the dc area and only do Air b and b or Coprate if you get a person that does not want to leave out of your unit it will take you close to a year to get them out due to the laws please chime in?

yes baltimore you can get shells and multi units  they have some people from NT and Dc there that are doing well in those area.

has anyone used a no Doc HELOC ? I think its a new product so if you have a home and want to have a HELOC but don't have the W-2 or hard to show all the paper work there is a No doc HELOC that you can use your primary as a Heloc

a way that is used a lot is off the credit card, we get a business credit card most you can get with a apr of 0% up to 12 to 18 months  use the card to put down on the property .When the lender pulls your report they want see it business does not report on the personal side.after you close start paying the card back off .Rince and repeat the good thing is you can have multiple llc is how we do great for multiple units.Make sure the deal can serve the debit that why I say multi unit the 12 to 18 apr time frame comes up fast.

why dont you get prints on the land and post what it will look like it will trun get you more money  than raw land will get ?that are you can get a few house off and sale as a package deal

I use cc for mine paper work needs to be good and I get  12 month zero on credit union and use it on my flips .If you need info DM will tell you how . good luck on your flip

i think you can do it on this site and would also go to the reia in your area that is wer people want your service agents and people that are flipping. face book market place craglist indeed, linkden to name a few.post in the group read and see who needs funding in your feed etc

no keep one tank why pay the cost of two tanks you will never get the cost back and you paying the bill anyway just make sure you get a good tank you may want to take a look at some tankless options electric are a 50 gal
