Scott thank you for the input , yes my plan is to quit working my full time job at the beginning  of next year , also i going to piece out the physical work so i can concentrate on the mental work, i want to scale my business splitting my time in too places is not cutting it!

1. Get as much knowledge as you can about real estate.  2 always treat real estate as a business  not a hoby. 3 work smart not hard

Is it easy? Of course not! Working a full time job while managing and doing repairs, handling all the paperwork, while working on 2 flips on my spare time, getting up at 6 am and going to sleep at midnight every single day.... if you ever considering being succesful you can not have time to be tired, to me every  day worked is a step more on the ladder to sucess!

bought the house for 61900 , spend 2 months fixing it, since a have a full time job, it was mainly cosmetic stuff, patch drywall holes, paint, sand floors and stain them, sold it for 104900
