if it was me i would have my friend buy me out and work a deal with the student loan to get a discount if paid in full, if you get a 10% discount thats 5200, so you would pay 47800, i rather not have a house than having a loan

when you put an offer on a house from huf, your name automatically  comes up if you already have any other property under your name. I think he bought it as an investor, wating period i pa is 7 days, i dont know if its the same in all states

abner gomez, it sounds to me like you are trying to buy a bucket , so when you buy a cow you  are ready to catch the milk. Quitting your job, selling your house to get into flipping? Dont want to offend you, but you need to get things in order. If i was you i would learn as much as possible about real estate, problably partner with somebody that has knowledge about flipping, i would not quit a job until im doing fine flipping houses, i would do it that way to minimize  risk, good luck!
