Hi my name is rafael, im a real estate investor from lebanon pennsylvania, currently own a few rentals and also bought and flipped one house and working  on my se ond flip, would like to get recommendations on good rehabbers, contractors in my area since im doing all the work myself, any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
