Be careful! Talk to your attorney, research the laws so you know how to put the deal together legally. They might be able to provide a contract as well.

I've had a great experience with collecting rent via Cozy. Yes it takes a few days to hit the account, but doesn't bother me. Their background and credit checks work well too, just make sure your applicants don't pay for them until you've done all the pre-screening.

@James Wise, thank you that is very encouraging information, very helpful since I am out of state. We have done a lot of research and compiled our cash flow analysis spreadsheet, and are moving forward investigating funding options...
