Hello everyone.

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who contributes to this, be it in the forums or BP content. It has and will shape, not just myself, but many, many peoples lives!

A bit about me.I love real estate. Everything there is about the field, from flipping to buy n' hold to commercial and who can forget developing. My dream is to become a large developer to help citizens enjoy a great, comfortable lifestyle. I personally enjoy fix and flip and rentals (if I have to choose...)

I have studied and watched real estate since I was 14 years old. I enjoyed playing SimCity since it first released on the SNES as well as a more intricate game called Cities: Skylines. I also enjoy a game called House Flipper. (A bit of a gamer, can you tell?)

My greatest strength is my resourcefulness. If I do not know something, someone else does and I know how to find that person, put them in the right seat and put together a team to complete a task, event, deal, etc. and learn from them. Knowledge is the essence to success. But finding deals and estimating the potential return is something I love doing in my spare time. I am constantly on MLS sites, realtor.ca, zillow, aution.com, running numbers and realizing the potential. I also enjoy learning the demographics of the deal area (age range, job type and vacancy, collar type, tourism aspect, logistics, growth rate). I guess it goes back to the SimCity days.

I also love reno's. No. Not watching HGTV and DIYnet (although they have good design ideas). I love doing reno's. If I get to rip down a wall, I have it down already. If tiles need to be laid, my knee pads are worn already. If plumbing needs to be added because they are putting in a soaker tub, I am there. Electrical work has been nothing but pure joy to inspect, understand and execute.

When I say I Love Reno's I really do mean it!

I have started listening to the BP Podcast. I got soo much value out of 1 episode that I spent all of last night downloading them in my stitcher app to listen while I work. Time to download 6 years of content into my brain and help the "hero's" out there solve their problems.

Thank you for stopping by. We'll talk very soon!
