Newbie saying hello!
It's finally happening! I joined back in 2016 and never fleshed out my profile. I have cranked up my path on educating myself this past year and am actually (never thought it would happen with my student loans always looming over me) in the process of finding my first deal. I'm super jazzed and looking forward to connecting with all of you on BiggerPockets!
