Hello BP community, I’m a recent graduate of the University of Louisville. Started my real estate education about two years ago after reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” of course. Since then I’ve been listening to podcasts, reading different RE books, and building up my overall knowledge in this business. With that being said I am preparing to start my first direct mailing campaign. I am Interested in learning what flippers are looking for in the Louisville Ky area. For example location, sqft, and number of bedrooms and baths.

I'm here looking for someone in the Louisville Kentucky area either in the whole saling or flipping who would be interested in teaching a young and hungry entrepreneur the ropes. Not looking for any type of commission just the ability to learn and see someone do it first hand. I don't have much money to offer but I do have time and a work habit to get the job done. So again if anybody out there could use a extra hand please reach out.

Steve Bracero okay, thanks for clearing that up for me. Also I plan on doing DM in house because I'm trying to learn how to do everything myself before I get to a point where I'm outsourcing things.

When it comes to direct mail marketing how do you go about setting the filters to find deals? I guess what I'm asking is does everybody direct mail the same way but just use different areas or does the criteria change depending on your own personal goals. Sorry ahead of time if this question was worded weirdly.
