@Raj G. I'm really sorry that you had that experience. Ultimately, I decided against maverick and invested with another turnkey company in in Memphis--Memphis Investment properties. I just closed on the property.

I'm currently under contract with MIP. I was looking at Memphis invest, but decided against them because their fees seemed relatively high. Did you make a decision as to who you'll be working with ?

I'm currently under contract for a single family rental in Memphis. I'm using a turnkey provider--Memphis Investment Properties. Can anyone recommend a reputable home inspector to conduct the home inspection? Given that this is my first purchase, I want someone that is thorough and will provide a good report. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any experience working with Bridge Turnkey properties and Voepel Property management? Any insight on your personal experience with them would be greatly appreiated!

Ive been looking into a few turnkey companies and I am in the process of vetting one that uses an outside property management company. I''m trying to get a better understanding of their fee structure and what is standard. would anyone be able to provide any insight? Basically, I'd like to know what are standard charges. I understand the percentages might differ across markets, but I'd like to get a rough idea. For example, is it standard for a property management company to charge a 25% fee if a tenant cancels his lease before the term ends? Or to charge the owner an hourly rate for an employee of the company (in addition to the attorney) to appear in court? any and all insight would be greatly appreciated
