What kind of real estate portfolio are you looking to build?

I'm looking for small commercial multifamily (5-10 units), around the $1-$1.2M purchase price range, 6% Cap rate. Buy and hold. Ideal target areas are Glendale/Burbank/Pasadena area and San Gabriel Valley Area (going as far east as LA County/IE border), but am open to other areas. PM me if you'd like to discuss further
