Small Commercial Multifamily lenders in Los Angeles

Hello BP,

Can anyone recommend lenders who lend on small commercial multifamily apartments (5-10 units) in the Los Angeles area? This would be for buy and hold purchases.

Looking to find out more information on borrowing, get a sense of what options are available to me for my first investment purchase, and build out my team.
