Some how I've managed to get in the business of managing repairs for previous clients. Any way, I'm looking for roofing contractor(s) in the Bellevue area that are familiar with working with investors and willing to include my "referral fee". Let me know if you have any in mind.

I would use my guys but they are tied up with other projects. -Thanks In Adavance

Hello, as it says above, initial investor is retiring and gave me a killer deal on a 10 unit bldg in TN. Not yet under contract so I'm hesitant to give specific address. The demo is complete, new windows, new framing but there is nothing else so this is a clean slate job. As of now, i calculate $210k for purchase/reno and a $335-350k ARV according to my local multi-family realtor. As I continue to negotiate, my purchase price should go down quite a bit...he's a family friend who owns over 3,000 properties in 6 states. If you believe you would like to get in on this deal at 100 percent financing, contact me @ markgreenhillatgcompoundinvdotcom.

I'm also interested in GC's in the area. Let me know if you find a good seasoned one that is accustomed to working with investors.

How much should I expect to pay for these services with a new LLC with no income/expenses to date? Please don't assume I know anything lol if you think it's important to know or if it just popped into your head...i want to know it.

Hello all,

My name is Mark and I'm extremely interested in investing in multifamily dwellings, wholesaling and meeting with people who are smarter and have much more experience than I have . After reading, watching, and listening to anyone and anything I can, I think I'm ready to admit that I know nothing!! I've finally gained the nerve to join the site and reach out to the community.

I am originally from Jackson, TN, married w/kids and I'm currently stationed at Offutt AFB. I've never been known to be the dumbest guy in the room, I'm hardworking, resilient, humble, clever and BROKE.  I love working on classic cars. I'm a Seahawks fan. I have electrical/home improvement skills. A musician and I spend way too much time working than I do just living life!

My Goal: By 45 yrs old, I want to be completely debt free and I want the assets I gain from investing to build enough savings/residual income to support my lifestyle, without the need to be an employee.
