Hello all,

My name is Mark and I'm extremely interested in investing in multifamily dwellings, wholesaling and meeting with people who are smarter and have much more experience than I have . After reading, watching, and listening to anyone and anything I can, I think I'm ready to admit that I know nothing!! I've finally gained the nerve to join the site and reach out to the community.

I am originally from Jackson, TN, married w/kids and I'm currently stationed at Offutt AFB. I've never been known to be the dumbest guy in the room, I'm hardworking, resilient, humble, clever and BROKE.  I love working on classic cars. I'm a Seahawks fan. I have electrical/home improvement skills. A musician and I spend way too much time working than I do just living life!

My Goal: By 45 yrs old, I want to be completely debt free and I want the assets I gain from investing to build enough savings/residual income to support my lifestyle, without the need to be an employee.
