Searching for next acquisition of deal in Omaha, Nebraska

Hi there. 

We just finished up our latest rental and are in the market for a new one! I just thought I would reach out and see if any local investors have too many deals to handle or have come across any and they can't move on it. I know it's a long shot, but I thought I would check. 

I'm a realtor, so I'm constantly looking over the MLS for good reo's or undervalued property.

I'm looking for something unlisted, possibly in Benson, mid town (north or south), or Millard. The property must be in need of partial to full rehab. Price range is up to $100,000 cash.
