@Louis Trinca - it takes less then 10 minutes in Illinois, follow this link and if you pay extra for expedited service you can have it back to you tomorrow otherwise its about 10 days by mail.

Hello @Angie Taggart congrats on your 1st success!  I am also in Elgin so its always good to see of someone local. I'd be interested in knowing where the property is as I'm very familiar with Elgin as well as how you fund the deal.

@Joe Mueller, do you have an answer to this question and/or does your title company do them?
