@William Huston I am also based in Florida and would be happy to help you. I have over 100 agents throughout the state and out of my team leaders (35 in total) ALL of them earn above $100k and a lot of them above $250k. Your SOI or COI is something that can make you good money but if you want to grow into a business then you need what i call "stranger business"

If you go on holiday for 30 days and come back and you rely on your SOI for business then its hard to hand off that business to an agent below you.

Contact me if you want more info on this. I have some great SOI campaigns that can get you started which dont cost any money.

Hi Shaunda,

I have used My Out Desk and the quality from them has been ok.

I typically see that any VA i hire gets about 70% of the conversion I would expect from myself or a top producer in my team. They speak to more people though so balances out as a good investment.

If you want to go through scripts just drop me a PM

@James H. - Welcome to BP. I have an office in FLL on Cypress Creek and have a lot of agents covering the area who have some options in Pembroke Pines and surrounding areas. Would you like me to add you to our list for off market properties?

Hi Everyone, I am looking to see what you guys have in place from Realtors (if anything) for your exits on a flip?

Do you have agreements upfront for the source and purchase side and the agent then gets the listing, do you pay % both sides - purchase and listing or do you FSBO the sale.

I have been doing this for some time in the US, Dubai and UK on the Realtor side and i would really like to see if you have any other models than what I do.

I assist with finding the property on a 0% commission model with the listing agreement being signed the day of completion with a volume discount.

Thanks
