Fix and Flip Exits

Hi Everyone, I am looking to see what you guys have in place from Realtors (if anything) for your exits on a flip?

Do you have agreements upfront for the source and purchase side and the agent then gets the listing, do you pay % both sides - purchase and listing or do you FSBO the sale.

I have been doing this for some time in the US, Dubai and UK on the Realtor side and i would really like to see if you have any other models than what I do.

I assist with finding the property on a 0% commission model with the listing agreement being signed the day of completion with a volume discount.

Thanks
