Has anyone used this kind of policy ?

Apart of the liability, what else does it cover ?

Does it cover if a roof needs to be replaced ?

Does it cover foundation problems ? Replacement of water heater ? Toilet replacements ?

Anybody knows a good insurance agent in the Tampa Bay Area ?

Anyone renting to Gurnished Finder Traveling Nurses ?

Is it worth it ? How much above market price can you rent. ?

I have 1 bedrooms that rent normally at 950, how much more can I get with traveling nurses ?

@Nathan G.

I have a tenant behaving like that.

She wants to renew the lease.

I was thinking of renewing it. If she likes to live in that dirt and mess it is up to her. If I let her go there is a lot of work for me to do. If she leaves next year the work is the same, but a year later.

@Will G.

It was an April’s Fool joke and he proved bad news travels faster than good news.

Then he said: if you got and believed the bad news is because you are not traveling fast enough in your own life.

Hello everybody. I have rentals in Florida, Tampa Bay Area.

Tenant complained that the wall AC unit upstairs does a loud humming noise. I checked and he is right. The noise is really loud.

The owner of the condo upstairs doesn’t care. Home Owners Association says it is a matter between owners.

What can I do ???

Post: Corona Crisis and Business Credit Cards

I pay all my Renovarions and expenses of the Rentals with Credit Cards. I have Bank of America Business Credit Cards which now have a high balance, they are still not charging interest due to the initial 7 months at 0% interest, but interests will start next month.

I saw Citibank is offering 12 months at 0%. My thought is to get a Citibank Business Card at 0% for 12 months and making a balance tranfer from the Bank of America credit cards to the Citibank Credit Cards. ( under this crisis it makes sense )

Has anyone done something like this ? What do you think ?
