@Jim Vanhorn thank you. I started doing the google map search a few days ago. I just did a google search for banks in Massachusetts and you were right; went to the website and it's loaded with information!

@Shawn Krieger no it is not. It is for my home. I have a 1st and 2nd I need to combine and then in near future take a Heloc for investing.

I was even looking at Google Maps of banks in my area today; then going to their websites and creating a spread sheet with the data! Trying to keep things local.  

Is there a simple was to find a list of local lenders in my area with contact info and rates? A few years I would've looked up banks or mortgage companines in the phone books "Yellow Pages".  Do they even print the yellow pages anymore? I'm from Massachusetts.
