@Yvelt Lebrun make sure you take time to study. It's a lot of information you need learn for the exam. Good luck

@Joe Prillaman Congratulations you are an inspiration for today! Anything is possible.

@Zach Jones What is the nearest major Airport to fly into?

@Adrienne Green I will inbox you. Thank you.

@Jake Stuttgen Thank you I did spend time online and became frustrated. In Massachusetts its easier to look up.

I'm from Massachusetts; I had breakfast with an old friend and she mentioned that her family has a property in Shenandoah VA that 3 of her siblings don't know what to do with it. She doesn't know how to look up anything and believes that the other sibling (that is suppose to take care of it) hasn't paid taxes on it and won't sign it over to give it up or share information about it. So I tried to research thru public records online to get information on it; it's not easy in Virginia. So I'm asking BP VA members; how do I find public record information on a specific property? What websites do I use? Thanks!

@Michael Diggle

I'm from Massachusetts and took an online class then took the state test in Brockton back in January 2018. The online class was under $400. The Massachusetts exam was about $100. I tried for a few months to get a job in this field and had no success, I sent over 160 resumes and very little response unless I had experience.

But check out the NMLS website for the information and requirements you need to become an MLO. Good luck
