Hello from Massachusetts - Newbie w/Late Start in Real Estate

Hi, my name is Marie Fries and I’m from Whitman, Mass (home of the Toll House Cookie aka: chocolate chip cookie) and been a BP member since April 2018. I’m one of those “Getting a Late Start in Life with Real Estate”; I’ve had an interest the Real Estate Market and Investing off and on for several years and tried a few times to get started and then either quit or situations in my life put real estate on the back burner. So here I am on BiggerPockets ready to take "The Bull by the Horns" and never give up again. I’m interested in everything; but to narrow it down and start with being on a fix and flip team project, a few buy and holds in the future for passive income, partnerships and networking to make some deals happen! Also, in January 2019 I got my Massachusetts real license and plan on working an agent or property manager this year as well.
