How to research property in Shenandoah VA area

I'm from Massachusetts; I had breakfast with an old friend and she mentioned that her family has a property in Shenandoah VA that 3 of her siblings don't know what to do with it. She doesn't know how to look up anything and believes that the other sibling (that is suppose to take care of it) hasn't paid taxes on it and won't sign it over to give it up or share information about it. So I tried to research thru public records online to get information on it; it's not easy in Virginia. So I'm asking BP VA members; how do I find public record information on a specific property? What websites do I use? Thanks!

You should be able to find it through county records, however, you could sign up for Propstream and they tend to have a lot of info about properties

But for free, county records should not if property taxes are delinquent
